Orders to the UK mainland are despatched via Royal Mail.  Heavier items will be sent via a courier.  During postal strikes, orders will be delivered in person to many SE London and Kent areas.

I don’t live in the UK, how much is delivery for me?
 

For Europe, British Isles or Worldwilde, please contact us at info@mummasandbubbas.co.uk before placing your order so that we can estimate a delivery cost.  Please provide us with your email address so that we can advise you about the additional charge before processing your order. 

How long does delivery take?

UK Mainland:

Orders are despatched within 48hrs, Monday to Friday.

There might be occasions when we do not have an item from your order in stock, although we try our best to have a suitable level of stock to satisfy our orders.   If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email to advise you of a delivery time.   You can then request that the items in stock are sent separately, cancel the order with a refund for the item not in stock (which we will issue immediately) or exchange it for another item. 

If you are an international customer we will wait for all of your items to be in stock before we dispatch your order.  Alternatively we will send a replacement item or a refund, as requested.
