CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to info@mummasandbubbas.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you. 

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with any delivered item you can return it within 7 days (unused, unwashed, unworn) for exchange or refund. The customer is entitled to a full refund as specified in The Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000. We will not refund postage unless the item is faulty or a mistake on our part. If you wish to return an item please contact us first, preferably via email.  If an item arrives faulty or damaged please notify us by writing to,  info@mummasandbubbas.co.uk within 2 days of receipt.  Please wrap your goods securely and obtain a proof of postage certificate from post office. This is your proof that you have returned the item to us and will be required in the event of a loss resulting in a claim. We will not be able to refund/replace items if they fail to reach us.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

Upon receipt of the goods we will offer a refund or an exchange/credit as required.   

La Bassine only:
Non conformity (manufacture defect): Unlike any other inflatable, La Bassine is made in small batches allowing every single pool to be fully inflated for 24hrs before leaving the manufacture. This procedure reduces greatly the number of faulty products.  In the event that the delivered pool presents one or more hidden defects, you must return it for a refund, in its original packaging within seven clear days of delivery.  The warranty does not cover; punctures cuts and abrasions sustained in careless uses or improper storage. Over inflation is a major cause of leaks. Do not inflate with a compressor or high pressure pump. Inflating this item to full hardness can damage the seams.

What if I can't use the pool for labour?
Unless the reason is through the fault of Made in Water, refund can only be offered within 7 days of reception.
